So my clients build a physique and lose fat effectively, while increasing their performance, and not accumulating the usual level of damage to their health, that we commonly see these days.

My goal with each new client is to teach them ‘how’ and ‘why’ we do everything. To make their goals fit their lifestyle, not the other way round. That means keeping their social life intact, while still progressing in the gym.
